Terminology:
Policy = This policy document, the Cookie Policy for eomer.co.uk
Site/the Site/Eomer = eomer.co.uk
Host = Krystal.uk, where the Site is hosted

This policy overlaps with the Privacy policy. In the event of a conflict between the
policies, the Privacy Policy takes precedence.

All points made in the Policy relate to what is within Eomer's control.

As Eomer is hosted in the United Kingdom, it must comply with UK data protection
law, which extends to cookies. This includes but may not be limited to:
	- The General Data Protection Regulation, a regulation of the European 
	Union, which was largely retained in UK law after Brexit
	- The Data Protection Act 2018, domestic law in the United Kingdom
	- Case law relating to these

2) I do not create cookies (or trackers) for the most part. The site functionality (except
per 3 below) does not utilise cookies, but instead uses things like the current date
(which I get from elsewhere) and information on my own files on the server.

In future I may create site functionality which relies on cookies. In the event that I do so,
it will be constrained to specific pages of Eomer, those cookies won't be read by other areas
of Eomer, and you'll be warned before clicking the link that the page will need to make cookies.
You'll also have the option to back out, and to opt out of cookies, on the page it links to. More
specific details, such as what is being created and how it is to be used, will appear prior to the
creation of cookies, along with links to your rights under law.
